The following pages contain information on the Artemis International SICAV (the 'Fund'), which is organised under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as a société d'investissement à capital variable (a "SICAV"). The Fund is an investment company which offers investors a choice between several classes of shares (each a 'Class') in a number of sub-funds (each a 'Sub-Fund'). Each Sub-Fund qualifies as a UCITS.

The information contained on this website is not an invitation to subscribe for shares in the Sub-Funds. Subscriptions for Shares in the Sub-Funds can only be made on the basis of the current prospectus and simplified prospectus, copies of which can be obtained free of charge from Artemis Investment Management Ltd.

Shares in the Sub-Funds are not available for sale, nor should the information on this website be considered available for distribution, in any jurisdiction in which the sale would be unlawful. In particular, the Sub-Funds are not offered or sold in the United States of America or to US persons. Shares of the Sub-Funds are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Currently the Fund is registered for sale in France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you are not a resident of those countries, you should be authorised to conduct investment business in the state within which you are resident and, under the law of that state, authorised to view material relating to collective investment schemes and other investments which are authorised in Luxembourg.

Fund Risks

Past performance is not a guide to future performance. The value of an investment, and any income from it, can fall as well as rise as a result of market and currency fluctuations and you may not get back the amount originally invested in the Sub-Funds. A significant proportion of the Artemis International Global Equity Fund may be invested in emerging markets. Investment in emerging markets can involve greater risk than is customarily associated with mature markets meaning above average price movements both positive and negative can be expected. As some of the Sub-Funds' investments may be denominated in a currency other than the currency in which the Sub-Funds' investments are valued and/or in a currency other than an investor’s base currency, the movement of exchange rates may have a separate effect, unfavourable as well as favourable, on the gain or loss otherwise experienced on those investments.
